Basil’s Food Friday Tips

Sometimes less is more—I’ll just leave you guys with a little bit of #foodiefriday wisdom from Basil:

“‘We’ve eaten a lot of bad meals so you can experience the best.’

Or at least, that’s what I’d say to make you think that we work very hard.

We do work very hard, but the truth is I can count on one hand the bad meals we had while exploring Greece over the last 20 or so years.

The ingredients are all the same. A few fresh, vegetables, a little meat, a pinch of salt, a little pepper, and last, a couple highly protected, secret ingredients: Freshness and Love.

Whether you are a carnivore or a strict vegetarian you will be happy to be here. The most difficult part is to decide which restaurant is the best.

So, my simple advice is to try them all. You won’t go wrong.”
